Как же понять, что в моем доме организован наркопритон? Что мне делать, если таковой обнаружится? Как себя обезопасить и куда мне обращаться?

Все чаще и чаще такие вопросы возникают в головах жителей нашей страны. Наличие наркопритона в жилом секторе города представляет настоящую угрозу для жителей не только дома, но для всего района, а в совокупности и для города. Как же действительно понять, что в моем доме организован наркопритон?

Чтобы разобраться в этой проблеме и ответить на вопросы, вам нужно соблюдать простые правила и обращать внимание на совершенно простые, но очень важные вещи:

1. Возвращаясь домой или заходя в подъезд, обращайте свое внимание на наличие необычного запаха. Запах является резкий и специфический, т.к. образован химическими средствами, порой совершенно вам незнакомый. Усиление запаха происходит, в основном, в ночное и рабочее время. 
   В подъезде на полу, на лестничной площадке, около подъезда на улице вы можете найти пустые упаковки от лекарственных препаратов, упаковки от шприцев или сами шприцы, пустые аптечные флаконы. (Не старайтесь подобрать шприц незащищенными руками, т.к. высок риск случайного повреждения кожи иглой и заражения вас ВИЧ или Гепатитом С). 
   Вы можете обратить свое внимание на появление в подъезде, на лестничной площадке, в квартире, где расположен наркопритон посторонних, незнакомых вам людей, чаще всего молодого возраста и в состоянии наркотического опьянения или «ломки». (Пытаться самостоятельно останавливать таких людей не стоит, т.к. наркоман в период наркотического опьянения или ломки может себя не контролировать, недооценивать ситуацию и причинить вред как вам, так и окружающим вас людям).
2. В наркопритонах происходит не только производство и продажа наркотических средств, но употребление их. Часто случаются передозировки наркотическим препаратом, сопровождающиеся летальным исходом. Вы можете заметить частое появление Скорой помощи в одну квартиру, а следом за ней и сотрудников полиции.

Следуя этим простым правилам и своим наблюдениям, вы можете понять организован или нет в вашем доме наркопритон. Самостоятельно ликвидировать его не стоит, т.к. это может нести прямую угрозу вашему здоровью и вашей жизни. Выявив наркопритон, вы должны сообщить об этом сотрудникам правоохранительных органов:

Во-первых, пообщайтесь со своим участковым, он обязан знать, что происходит на доверенном ему участке. Причем, появление к участковому должно быть не в одиночестве, а только в присутствии свидетелей, которыми могут быть жители вашего дома.

Repairing and renovation of apartment in old apartment building on Basil Island.

It was  a terrible dirty apartment before repairing and renovation  in 2008-2009.

All families  used single toilet. They used a common kitchen, where there was one gas stove and one sink for washing dishes.

There was not shower and bath in this apartment at all!!!
Many of the apartments have been converted into the rooming house and dens.

My GrandPa graduated from Mathematical Department of the St. Petersburg Imperial University in 1913 and was hired in the Siberian Commercial Bank on Nevsky Prospect 44.

My GrandPa Adrian Fedorovich Timofeev was hired in the Siberian Commercial Bank in 1915 after the graduation  from the  Mathematical Department  of the St. Petersburg Imperial University in 1913.

I have already had the experience of working in  the bank. I worked as  the Assistant of the  Head of Department at the Central Bank of  the Credit Unions System. I was  entitled to  sign all finansial documents. This bank was a part of the Credit Unions System of the the Russian Empire. I worked there for three years (1913-1915). This bank was on Nevsky Prospect 59-61 in St. Petersburg too.

On 30 July of 1914 Anfisa and Adrian had Wedding Ceremony in The Rozhdestvensky temple in St. Petersburg.

The Rozhdestvensky temple in St. Petersburg was consecrated in honor of the birth of Jesus Christ (Rozhdestvenskaya).

Ten streets in this district  and all area were named Rozhdestvensky  in honor of this  church.

Instead of the disassembled wooden church in 1787 was completed the remarkable stone temple. This temple has become one of the most beautiful in St. Petersburg.

This temple was destroyed in 1934 during the Stalinist period.

 This temple was one of the first in St. Petersburg which was built in the style of early classicism. Its facade is designed in Italian style, and three relatively small head (dome and belfry on the front two corners) is strongly reminiscent of the building of Holy Trinity Cathedral of St. Alexander Nevsky Monastery (1900).

The terrible World War started in 1914.

This War  changed the fate of millions of people in the Russian Empire and around the world.

At the same time was   happened the most important event in life of my GrandMa and GrandPa. On 30 July of 1914  they had   Wedding Ceremony in The Rozhdestvensky temple in St. Petersburg.

After this event everything was made in accordance with Paragraph 11 of the order on the conducting  of passports in  the Russian Empire “The changes which have taken place in the  public or marital status of the owner of a passport book”.

There was  made the following entry in passport book of my Dad:

“Today on 30 July of 1914 merchant's son Adrian Fedorovich Timofeev was  married with a  young lady from a burghers of the St. Petersburg Anfisa Antonovna Kramskaya Orthodox virgin 23 years old.

My GrandMa Anfisa Antonovna Timofeeva (Kramskaya) was a student of Bestuzhev Courses from 1909 to 1916.

My GrandMa Anfisa Antonovna Timofeeva (Kramskaya) was a student of Bestuzhev Courses from 1909 to 1916.

    

She did not have enough money to pay for her education and she worked as an accountant in the Commercial Bank in St. Petersburg on Nevsky Prospekt 59 from 1912 to 1916.

 My GrandPa Adrian Fedorovich Timofeev worked in this bank too and they married in 1913.
 Anfisa graduated from  Bestuzhev Courses in 1916.

      The Bestuzhev Courses  were the largest and most prominent women's higher education institution in Imperial Russia. 

The Courses opened its doors in 1878. It was named after Konstantin Bestuzhev-Ryumin, the first Director. The most famouse  professors  of the Bestuzhev Courses were   Alexander Borodin, Faddei Zielinski, Dmitry Mendeleyev, Ivan Sechenov, and Sergey Platonov. A building for Bestuzhev Courses on the 10th  Liniya (Line) of Vasilevsky Ostrov  (Island)  was built in 1885 on a draft of Academician of  Architecture A. Krasovsky.

 The  Bestuzhev Courses were on the 10th Line of Vasilevsky Ostrov (Island) and  Anfisa before our marriage in 1913 lived  in the  rented room  on 8th Line,31  and then in the very nice building on 12th Line,21.

The house on 12 Line, 21  was built in 1890 by the famous German architect A. Spiegel for owner of this land Mr. L. Dwan. It was an apartment house. Outstanding Russian painter Alexander Kivshenko lived here in 1894-1995. Well-known painting "War Council at Fili" glorified Mr. Kivshenko as outstanding painter. This building had a blank wall and SketchUp designer Mr. IGORTIM  added a beautiful picture from SketchUp model - Moscow, Russia, Bolshoi Sergievsky Lane, 19 on it:). This building is apartment house now too.
